We appreciate your interest in auditioning for a show at the Greenwood Community Theatre!
GCT holds open auditions for anyone in the community who is interested in participating in a show. Auditions are typically held 2-3 MONTHS before the show opens. No experience is necessary to audition, and all roles are available unless noted in the casting notice.

SHOW DATES: Tuesday, December 2nd, 9:30, 11:30, 7:30. Wednesday, December 3rd, 9:30, 11:30, 7:30. Thursday, December 4th 9:30, 11:30, 7:30 Friday, December 5th 9:30, 11:30, 7:30 Saturday, December 6th, 2:00 and 7:30 Sunday, December 7th, 6:00
We are considering double-casting this show. If we can do that, cast members will be expected to participate in at least 2 of the 4 days of morning school shows. If we do not double cast, we will expect cast members to participate in 3 days of morning school shows!

All audition materials will be provided, and NO acting experience is required.
***Familiarizing yourself with the story and characters is always suggested and encouraged (YouTube is a great source).
Auditionees will be asked to read a short selection from the script!
Please be prepared to provide all scheduling conflicts and availability!
Rehearsals will primarily take place on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights. Weekend rehearsals and occasional Wednesday nights will be added as needed.
